Hypericum calycinum ~ St. John's Wort
St. John's Wort is a vibrant, creeping semi-evergreen shrublet that is frequently planted as a groundcover. The distinctly veined oblong foliage is deep green in full sun or lighter yellow-green with shade. Large yellow flowers with bushy stamen cover the plant in summer. Best bloom in full sun and well-drained soils. Heat and drought tolerant once established.
St. John's Wort has been revered as a mental health herb and topical pain agent. There is discussion on the Hypericum family having similar attributes. Add the flowers to a salad or blend lovely culinary oils and vinegars.*

**After the initial 24 hours, there is a $20 delivery fee. Replacement plants will be delivered within 30 days. Dunwoody Ace Hardware reserves the right to refund an item if a replacement cannot be delivered.
